August Classes

Well...it seems that the only time I go on this blog is when it's time to post pictures for the next class (sigh). Time just seems to get away from me and then, poof, class time again!  So forgive my inattentiveness in blogging, BUT, I hope you enjoy the projects posted each month. Anyway, here we go...

August classes will be:
Friday, August 7 (9:00 am to noon and 1:30 to 4:30 pm)
Saturday, August 8 (9:00 am to noon and 1:30 to 4:30 pm)
     Sunday, August 9 (1:00 to 4:00 pm)
Monday, August 10 (9:00 am to noon)
I do have availability for the Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon and Sunday classes. And will maintain a waiting list for the others. Give me a call, text me or shoot me an email if you would like to join us. Now for the projects.

This is a very cute folded card that I CASE'd from Linda Bauwin who CASE'd it from Dawn Griffith (Don't you just love others sharing their ideas? It sure makes classes easier for me since I am not as creative as these gals are!!).  I really like folded cards, probably due to the "surprise" factor of the card.

I apologize the whomever first created this card. I saw it somewhere, but don't remember where or by whom. Love the simplicity yet vibrant look of the card.

I saw this card on the Splitcoaststampers site. The original was made by Brenda Quintana and I just changed it up a bit. Those of you who know me know that I LOVE layers, so I had to add a few to this one.

And, finally, this card was found on the Stampin' Connection website. Isn't this elegant? And, it is very versatile - use it as a sympathy card, a note card or even as a masculine birthday card.  Love it!

By the way, if you are not aware of a wonderful website for ideas called splitcoaststampers, you need to be.  Every stamp set that Stampin' Up! has is on that site and can give you thousands of ideas for stamp projects.  Here's the site:
www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery
After you get there, scroll down and choose Stampin' Up! You can then find all of the stamp sets in alphabetical order. Contact me if you have a problem.

That's it for this month.  Have a good one and thanks for looking!!
